We practice traditional artisan baking methods. This process is the essence of slow food revealing the character of each ingredient and resulting in easily digestible bread that is full of flavor. Our group of talented bakers shape all of our breads by hand and use only the necessary ingredients without relying on the help of industrial processing aids and without using unnecessary additives or preservatives. We all aspire to create deep flavors through traditional methods of carefully controlled fermentation. Our custom built wood fired oven bakes at very high temperatures which give our hearth breads tender interiors and dark crusty exteriors.
